Star Clippers unveils
new Cannes sailing Tall-ship specialist Star Clippers has a new seven-night itinerary from Cannes to Rome in 2021. The voyage, on flagship Royal Clipper, departing on May 22, arrives in Cannes on the penultimate day of the film festival. It will also call in Monaco and the islands of Elba, Italy, and Corsica. Prices for the sailing start from £1,785.

rest of the summer sailing seven to 12-night itineraries in the Mediterranean, before repositioning to Fort Lauderdale in November for a winter season of week-long Caribbean sailings. More than 1,000 agents will
get the chance to see Apex on two pre-inaugural sailings on March 28 and March 30 departing out of Southampton.

Galápagos vessel Yacht La Pinta back at sea Metropolitan Touring’s 48-passenger Yacht La Pinta has come back into service after going into dry dock. A new outdoor eating area featuring al fresco buffet dining, a lobby and an expedition room, where passengers can learn about the Galápagos through talks, have been added to the vessel. The expedition vessel’s hull has been repainted and LED lights fitted throughout the ship.

Heritage Line’s Violet
has couples’ spa room Boutique cruise operator Heritage Line’s Violet ship has come back into service after a three-month refurbishment. All six suites have been given a modern refurbishment and the public areas have been given a makeover. The ship has also been fitted with a spa room for couples and TVs have been installed in the suites.
