Wizz Air adds Luton


link to Gran Canaria Wizz Air is to start flying from Luton to Gran Canaria on June 4. There will be three flights a week, with one-way fares from £35.99. The carrier is also raising the frequency of flights from Luton to Tenerife from three times a week to a daily service and adding daily flights from Gatwick to Sofia, Bulgaria, from June 1. wizzair.com

Visit Orlando is to host eight UK agent roadshows in March. The roadshows will provide


updates on new hotels, theme park attractions and experiences in the Florida city region. It will include a bigger Visit


Orlando Marketplace than in the past, and a larger range of hotel and attraction partners. In addition, agents can win


prizes, including a place on the 2020 Visit Orlando Super Fam or tickets to a Dua Lipa concert. The first roadshow is at the

Inghams has repositioned its summer offering to market itself as a special-interest operator. Walking tours take centre stage in its summer


2020 promotional messages, alongside food, wine, culture and nature. The lakes and mountains product, for which its summer programme had been known, remains alongside the other special interests. Its repositioning is being supported by a radio


advertising campaign on stations such as Smooth, Heart and Classic FM, which urges listeners to visit their local travel agent, as well as in national newspapers. New posters are being delivered to travel agents to
