Cruise trade body Clia has announced this year’s Cruise Week will take place from September 16-25. The annual event will see


trade-friendly cruise initiatives and updates for agents to help them capitalise on marketing activity from the association. The week will have a ‘Get


Onboard’ theme, urging agents to take part and showcase the many reasons people choose to cruise. Trade activity includes marketing


and social media promotion using the hashtags #CLIACruiseWeek and #LoveCruise. Clia will share sales tips for agents from cruise line executives and there will be several webinars. Exclusive cruise line deals and


incentives for the trade will be published in the membership area of the website. The site will also have a special Cruise Week page with a checklist of the ways in which agents can capitalise on the
