THE ADVISORY BOARD 60

seconds with... Chris Etheridge business development manager, CV Villas

Q. What’s your strategy for luxury agents? At CV Villas, we’re committed to growing our business through luxury agents across the UK and Ireland. Our hands-on approach will continue throughout 2023, working closely with our

trade partners to share our knowledge and expertise of our handpicked portfolio of villas. We are excited to be working closely with Aspire to showcase Above, which will form a large part of our trade strategy going forward.

Q. Tell us about Above by CV Villas? Above is our hand-picked collection of the world’s finest and most luxurious, fully staffed villas. The collection promises to deliver an experience of unrivalled luxury that is one-of- a-kind for each of our guests. The properties include full housekeeping, concierge service and cook service throughout their stay. It is perfect for clients who are seeking a five-star resort experience, in the discreet luxury of a private property.

Q. What tools are there to help agents sell your product? The CV website offers 100% price parity for agents alongside flight and car-inclusive packages. Our team of villa specialists are a fountain of knowledge, and regularly visit our properties to ensure they offer unrivalled destination insight. We’ve recently launched an instant-messaging function on the website – enabling agents on the move to communicate directly with our team through WhatsApp.

Q. What’s new for this year and next? Heavily requested by our agent partners in the past few years, the Greek island of Rhodes has just joined our portfolio. The island has excellent airlift and a long summer season.
