GET A TASTE FOR THE CAYMAN ISLANDS

The Cayman Cookout, an exclusive food and wine festival hosted by world-renowned chefs, sommeliers and mixologists, will take place in January 2024. In May, the Taste of Cayman Food & Drink Festival celebrates the destination’s extensive cuisine and cultural heritage, and even


includes a traditional Heavy Cake competition. And in October, the islands celebrate Cayman Restaurant Month and Cayman Cocktail Week. British Airways flies direct to Grand Cayman

The original Mudslide cocktail is said to have been invented during the 1970s at the Wreck Bar at Grand Cayman’s Rum Point. Make your own with this delicious recipe.


INGREDIENTS


B 30ml vodka B 30ml coffee liqueur B 30ml Irish cream B Chocolate syrup ME THOD


Fill a cocktail shaker with ice. Add all ingredients. Shake vigorously. Strain into a cold glass and drizzle 10ml of chocolate syrup on top.
