MasterTop 1327, the new sound-deadening fl ooring system 7 from the BASF’s Master Builders Solutions product family has been awarded M1 certifi cation, the highest category for VOC emissions in the Finnish “Emission Classifi cation of Building Materials” system. The US porcelain tile maker, Crossville, has launched its new Jazz Age collection, which captures the look of traditional hardwood fl oors with an authentically aged patina. Inspired by the character and style of ’20s and ’30s nightclubs, Jazz Age’s surface features touches of distress and marks that would naturally occur over time in busy venues. “Each detail on the tile planks tells a story,” said Lindsey Waldrep, vice president of marketing. “It has a very European feel.”
