Study the description of how the print press worked on p. 100 of the textbook. Use that description to help you illustrate the four main stages of printing.
Step 1: Gutenberg created individual metal letters. These metal letters were backwards so when printed they looked correct.
Step 2: These letters were used to form words and were arranged from right to left in a frame in the printing press.
Step 3: These letters were then inked with a roller.
Step 4: Paper was then pressed down on the letters to create a printed page of text.
