20th ICIS Middle Eastern Base Oils and Lubricants Conference
The 20th ICIS Middle Eastern Base Oils and Lubricants Conference returns to Dubai on 15–16 October 2025, marking two decades as the region’s most influential meeting place for the lubricants value chain.
Returning to Dubai, a global trade hub, this milestone edition will gather over 400 senior executives from more than 30 countries. Attendees can expect unrivalled access to producers, blenders, traders and end-users, with discussions spanning sustainability strategies, industrial lubricants growth and the evolving role of additives and blending technologies.
Keynote contributions from Luberef, Lubrizol, Shell Lubricants, Fuchs and the Ministry of Oil and Environment, Bahrain, will provide first-hand insight into regional opportunities and global challenges. From supply dynamics and mobility shifts to re-refined
base oils and packaging innovation, the agenda explores how the lubricants market is adapting to meet future demand.
Networking takes centre stage this year, with the Connection Corner enabling focused conversations with speakers, traders and peers in a single dedicated space.
As the lubricants industry faces complex pressures and fast-evolving opportunities, this landmark event offers the clarity, connections and market intelligence needed to navigate the road ahead.
