“Internally, we have seen a number of personnel changes and an expansion of the board with my appointment as Commercial Director and Bob Arthey as Finance Director (part-time). The SIP team is instrumental to the past, current and future success of SIP and the board recognise the importance of retaining and rewarding those staff who are committed and motivated to drive success. This led us to appoint Julie Nicholds and her team at HR Advise Me and Eric Hughes and his team at EMH Technology Ltd, who have worked closely with us to re-define roles and restructure the business to ensure we are best placed to meet the current and future needs of our customers and suppliers.
