Bluetooth controller for water management system
Wallgate will showcase its new wireless Bluetooth handheld water management controller, for staff to manage sanitaryware from outside of the patient’s bedroom – the latest innovation in its WDC-NX range of washroom controls. Alongside automatic features such as timed flow, lockouts, and data logging of hygiene purges and patient usage, it provides the option to remotely isolate the room, purge the water system, or download data logs to evidence all automatic and manual usage, eliminating the need to access patients’ rooms or servicing areas, with staff now able to access nearby WDC-NX controllers via Bluetooth connectivity. For almost half a century, Wallgate says it has designed and manufactured ‘robust, innovative, and efficient washrooms and water management systems, supporting the healthcare sector with normalising, damage-resistant, and anti-ligature, sanitaryware and water controls’.
