• UK-first drone transport of urgent pathology samples - validated in partnership with Apian and Guy’s and St Tomas’ NHS Foundation Trust, this initiative is dramatically cutting urgent sample delivery times to under two minutes whilst maintaining safety and temperature stability.
• Rapid metagenomic sequencing - as we strive to provide diagnostic results which inform patient treatment more quickly, our work to detect infections has been game- changing. Together with King’s College London, we have developed a tool for identifying life-threatening pathogens with one test, in one tube, and in a single day. We’re revolutionising the management of severe infections and biosecurity, and supporting the fight against antimicrobial resistance.
