Faurecia and ZF form partnership
ZF and Faurecia, based in Friedrichshafen, and Paris respectively, have an- nounced plans for a strategic partnership in the field of interior and safety technologies for autono- mous driving. The work will be linked to different potential occupant positions and seats that integrate safety devices enabling them to swivel and recline or allowing an efficient return to driving mode. This will be based on
shared expertise and competencies and no capital exchange will take place. Both companies will remain free to work independently on current and upcoming projects. ❙
