PORK TENDERLOIN WITH SAUTÉED CHARD


Preheat oven to 425°F. Place 1 large pork tenderloin (about 1½ lbs) on foil-lined rimmed baking sheet.

Brush pork tenderloin with 1 tbsp olive oil. Season with salt and pepper.

Brush pork with 2 tbsp balsamic glaze. Roast 25 min., until fully cooked. Let rest 10 min. and slice.


BALSAMIC GLAZE


Chop 2 bunches trimmed Swiss chard and thoroughly wash. In 12-inch skillet, heat 1 tbsp olive oil on medium.


SWISS CHARD


To skillet, add 1 tbsp garlic and cook 2 min. Add chard in batches, stirring to wilt. Cook 5 min. Serve with pork and drizzle with 1 tbsp balsamic glaze.
