1 French baguette or Italian loaf 3 tbsp strawberry jam 2 tbsp Dijon mustard
½ (7 oz) pkg Brie ½ lb low-sodium deli ham slices 1½ cups baby arugula or baby spinach
STEP 1 Slice the baguette horizontally. Spread the strawberry jam on bottom half of baguette and the Dijon mustard on top half. Slice the Brie. STEP 2 On top of jam, layer the ham, Brie, and arugula. Sandwich with baguette top, slice into 4 even pieces, and serve.
