¾ cup shelled edamame 2 cups shredded cooked chicken 1 jalapeño, sliced (optional) ¼ cup chopped cilantro (optional) 2 tsp sesame seeds


STEP 1 In a medium bowl, combine the broccoli slaw with 4 tbsp peanut dressing. Microwave rice according to package directions. Divide rice among 4 bowls. STEP 2 Evenly divide the edamame, broccoli slaw mixture, and chicken among bowls. If desired, add jalapeño and cilantro to each bowl. Drizzle bowls with remaining 4 tbsp dressing and garnish with the sesame seeds to serve.
