CAESAR SALAD CRUNCH SANDWICH

1 romaine lettuce heart ½ (2.1 oz) pkg fully cooked sliced bacon ½ cup store- bought Caesar dressing, divided 4 pretzel buns or whole wheat hamburger buns, split
1 (6 oz) pkg Nature’s Promise® Oven Roasted Sliced Chicken 2 tomatoes, thinly sliced ½ (3 oz) pkg Parmesan crisps
COBB SALAD IN A JAR
STEP 1 Thinly slice the romaine and add to a medium bowl. Microwave the bacon according to package directions. Crumble bacon into bowl with lettuce. Pour in ¼ cup Caesar dressing and gently toss with lettuce and bacon. STEP 2 Assemble the sandwiches: Place dressed lettuce on 4 bun halves. Top lettuce with the sliced chicken, tomatoes, and Parmesan crisps. Spread 1 tbsp of remaining Caesar dressing on top half of each pretzel bun and close sandwiches.
TIP To make your own Parmesan crisps, preheat oven to 400°F. Line 2 large baking sheets with parchment. By rounded tablespoons, spoon grated Parmesan cheese into mounds on baking sheets, spacing 2 inches apart. Flatten each mound slightly with the back of a spoon and season with pepper. Bake 4–6 min., until melted and golden. Remove from oven and let cool completely on baking sheets. Use a spatula to remove crisps.

½ (2.1 oz) pkg fully cooked sliced bacon 8 tbsp white balsamic dressing, divided 4 (32 oz) wide- mouth mason jars with lids 1 English cucumber, diced 4 large hard-boiled eggs, quartered
1 pint grape tomatoes, halved 2 cups shredded rotisserie chicken 2 large avocados, peeled, pitted, and diced ¼ cup blue cheese crumbles 6 cups shredded romaine lettuce
STEP 1 Microwave the bacon according to package directions. Let cool briefly, then chop finely or crumble with your hands. STEP 2 Add 2 tbsp dressing to the bottom of each jar. To each jar, add the cucumber, hard-boiled eggs, tomatoes, chicken, bacon, avocados, and blue cheese. Top with the lettuce. Season with salt and pepper. Seal each jar and refrigerate until ready to eat. Before eating, simply shake the jar to toss the salad.
TIP To hard-boil eggs, place the eggs in a large pot and add enough cold water to cover by 2 inches. Heat to a boil on high. Cover and remove from heat. Let stand 12 min. Drain and rinse with cold water until cool to the touch.
