8 tbsp jam, such as Nature’s Promise® Organic Strawberry Fruit Spread or Organic Apricot Spread, divided
2 tsp lemon juice, divided Seltzer, as needed Ice, as needed
STEP 1 To each of 4 (8-oz) glasses, add 2 tbsp jam, ½ tsp lemon juice, and 1–2 tbsp seltzer. Stir until combined. Add ice cubes to each glass and top off with seltzer.
TIP To prepare at an outdoor gathering, take along a bottle of seltzer, jam, and lemon juice.
