STIR-FRIED SNOW PEAS WITH CASHEWS


Whip this fast, fresh side together within 15 min. To make it more decadent, opt for hazelnuts instead of cashews.

2 tbsp hoisin sauce ¼ cup salted cashews

STEP 1 Cut the beans on a slant into 1-inch pieces. Heat the oil in a wok or skillet and fry the beans for 3 min. on medium heat, stirring regularly. Add the hoisin sauce and cook for 4 min. Meanwhile, chop the nuts coarsely and sprinkle on top of the beans.
