It has an adjustable track width and ground clearance to adapt to various crops and stages of growth. Navi- gates with RTK GPS and high-resolution odometry. In addition, there is LiDAR and camera survey, ob- stacle detection and passive safety. The hybrid tech- nology allows for 24 hours of autonomous work. Availability: In France the first units sold in 2019- 2020. Next year Sitia plans to build a global distri- bution/service network. Prices start at € 200,000.

The first priority is non-chemical weeding to eliminate herbicides. The robots are battery powered and weigh no more than 300 kg. Dick uses electricity to kill weeds with the Rootwave weed-zapping technology. It provides pre- cision, per-plant weeding both at scale and autonomously. It is a 1.8 metre-square spider-shaped robot with an arachnid, four-legged design that folds in for transport and will soon be able to carry up to a one-tonne payload. Availability: commercial service starts in autumn 2021. SRC is also working on spot applications for diseases and pests such as slugs.
