Williams and Smith worked together for two years at Dallas ISD and are on their third year working together at Cy-Fair. Williams is in his 27th year in the pupil transportation industry and is instrumental in the National School Bus Technicians Training normally taught at the STN EXPO conferences in Indianapolis and Reno.
