Many expect the threat of pandemics to be a new normal, just like devastat- ing fires, tornadoes and hurricanes. “This is my 18th year in the business.
It’s my father’s 47th year,” said Apple buses’ Oyster. “We used to talk about how it was possible to lose a building in a tornado or flood. Now it’s not could it happen, it’s when is it going to happen. There are all kinds of different disasters these days you have to prepare for.” ●
