SCHOOL BUS DRIVER SHORTAGE, PAY & BENEFITS


This month’s reader survey examines the ongoing school bus driver shortage, rates of pay and prevalence of benefits in the school bus industry. In late September, STN emailed survey questions to 4,722 transportation directors and supervisors nationwide, which generated a total response rate of over 19 percent.
