Jason Walker, President & Chief Executive Officer AI is rapidly expanding our ability to
deliver smarter, safer and more adaptive transportation solutions. While we’ve al-
ready been leveraging AI with our vendor partners, the future lies in deeper custom- ization, using AI to identify uncovered routes
in real time, optimize dispatch decisions and enable proactive problem-solving before issues impact service. We’re especially excited about the benefits of technology with
regards to routing. Better leveraging current and future tools will ensure we stay efficient and responsive. This also supports vehi- cle right-sizing, aligning fleet use with real-time demand. AI-powered driver and vehicle analytics are another game changer. By combining sensor fusion, machine vision and arti- ficial intelligence, we’re creating safer journeys and operational precision that empower our teams and, ultimately, empower tomorrow’s leaders by providing reliable access to the education and opportunities that shape their future. • Number of students transported daily: 500,000+ • Number of vehicles operated (buses and vans): 6,228 • Number of states served: 10 states and 1 province (Ontario)
