ISD, the third-largest school district in Texas, will see a large infusion of cash from a $1.762 billion bond measure that pays to buy school buses over the next six years that are equipped with lap-shoulder seatbelts. Twin Rivers Unified School District in Sacramento, Califor- nia, unveiled nine new electric school buses, with another 10 on the way.
