MUNICH, GERMANY — The new WE- XHMI Performance series extends Würth Elektronik’s successful family of power inductors with improved versions in sizes 1010, 1060, 6030, and 6060. The magnetical- ly shielded flat-wire inductors support high saturation currents while reducing DC losses for even more efficient operation. The WE-XHMI Performance SMT induc-
tors impress with their ability to withstand saturation currents of up to 114A while also handling high transient current peaks. This makes them particularly suitable for use in DC-DC converters, point-of-load converters and high-current filters, as well as in industri- al computers, mainboards and graphics cards. These latest im provements
now enable Würth Elektronik to meet the growing demand for low-loss solutions at high switch- ing frequencies and maximum power density, driven by GaN
binder Expands Compact Connector Portfolio
CAMARILLO, CA — binder is expanding its circular connector portfolio with the Series M9, offering a compact, robust, and versatile solution for reliable electrical connections in space- constrained applications across industrial automation, medical technology, and test and meas- urement environments. The M9 Series 702, 711, and
712 offer a wide range of protec- tion levels, connection types, and technical configurations, with options including IP40 to IP67 ratings, shielded or unshielded designs, and both field-wireable and overmolded versions. Despite their compact footprint, these con- nectors feature a robust screw- locking system that ensures secure, stable connections even in harsh environments with vibra- tion, moisture, or dust. All series are available with
two to eight pins, and depending on requirements, with metal or plastic housings depending on environmental and weight consid- erations, and EMC requirements. The M9 connectors provide
high protection ratings and reli- able signal transmission within limited installation spaces. In medical technology, they are used in mobile diagnostic and analysis devices. In industrial automation, they support signal and data transmission in compact control
units and sensor systems. Contact: Binder USA, 3903

and SiC transistor technologies. Compared to the standard products in
the series, the new models feature an extend- ed inductance range, a higher operating tem- perature, up to 30 percent lower resistance, and up to 50 percent higher rated currents. Due to their significantly reduced DC
losses compared to inductors of the same size, the new models enable more efficient operation with lower self-heating. Low DC losses at higher rated currents help raise the
efficiency of switching regulators. Contact: Würth Elektronik eiSos GmbH & Co. KG, Clarita-Bernhard-Strasse 9,
