MINNEAPOLIS, MN — Micro Control Com- pany has released its LC-3 logic burn-in with test system. The LC-3 is a sophisticated burn-in with test system designed for appli- cations in engineering characterization, life testing, and production burn-in of logic, mixed signal, analog, and memory devices. Featuring individual temperature control (ITC) for each device under test, for up to 48 20W devices per burn-in board (80W for fewer devices), the LC-3 keeps devices at an optimal temperature for stressing and test- ing during a burn-in cycle. Programmable power supplies provide
up to 1,000W of regulated power to each burn-in board. With 16 high-current and 8 low-current supplies per burn-in board, a wide range of individual supplies for miscel- laneous support circuitry is avail- able. With 50% more power sup- plies than an HPB-5C, double the number of temperature control channels than an LC-2, and up to 32 user-defined independent pat- tern zones, the LC-3 is the future

of burn-in. Having 128 formatted vector I/O chan-
nels and 128 unformatted BIB input signals to each burn-in board gives the LC-3 a large number of test capabilities for testing a vari- ety of device types. Micro Control Company has over 50 years of experience as a manufac- turer of automatic test equipment and burn- in/environmental systems for the semicon- ductor industry. Innovative system design has made it a leader in high-power logic burn-in systems with individual temperature control (ITC). Contact: Micro Control Company, 7956
