SAN DIEGO, CA — PARMI’s Xceed II MP is a next-generation multi-process inspection sys- tem, combining 3D SPI, AOI, and conformal coating inspection (CCI) into a single, space- efficient platform. This unified approach re- duces equipment footprint and eliminates handling between inspection stages, resulting in faster cycle times, improved yield, and lower total cost of ownership. Built with PARMI’s advanced motion
Parmi Highlights Multi-Process Inspection System The Xceed II MP is also fully Industry 4.0-
ready, with seamless integration into smart factory environments. It features real-time closed-loop feedback, centralized data manage- ment, and compatibility with PARMI’s MES/ERP connectivity tools. These features make it an ideal solution for high-reliability sectors such as automotive, aerospace, defense,
medical, and industrial electronics. Contact: PARMI, 9853 Pacific Height
control and optical technology, the Xceed II MP delivers ultra-precise, high-speed inspec- tion performance with a range of capabilities. For SPI, it offers real 3D measurement of vol- ume, height, area, and shape using patented blue laser scan- ning. For AOI, it provides 2D and 3D imaging with PARMI’s True 3D technology to detect missing components, tombstoning, bridg- ing, and other defects. For CCI, it offers UV inspection to ensure coating coverage, thickness, posi- tion, and defect detection (bub- bles, voids, etc.).

used to pinch the tabs apart. The standard die set consists of a upper and lower knife for cutting a single tab at a time. The tab is positioned on the lower knife by placing the routed section of the panel on a set of locating pins and holding the PCB or letting it rest on the support table. Exact cutting location can
be adjusted by turning an adjust- ment screw which brings the lo- cating pins to the desired place for cutting a tab at the board side of the material. Pins can be ad- justed to bring them close to the sides of the cutting blade and to adjust for a variety of different diameter panels. The N200 is an ideal low-cost tool to back up cap- ital equipment punch systems
for high-volume production. Contact: FKN Systek, 115
