I.C.T Delivers Fully Automated THT Production Line
I
.C.T, a leading provider of in- telligent electronics manufac- turing solutions, has success-
fully delivered and installed a fully automated Through-Hole Technology (THT) production line for a prominent Hungarian man- ufacturer specializing in power controllers. This strategic collabo- ration underscores I.C.T’s com- mitment to delivering cus- tomized, high-quality solutions that enhance manufacturing ca- pabilities in the electronics sector. The deployed THT produc-
tion line encompasses a suite of advanced equipment tailored to meet the customer’s specific pro- duction requirements. First, an odd-form insertion machine au- tomates the placement of non- standard components, ensuring precision and consistency. Next, a wave soldering system facili- tates efficient soldering of through-hole components, en- hancing joint reliability. Finally, a DIP AOI inspection machine provides automated optical in- spection to detect defects, ensur- ing product quality.
