AN UNCERTAIN WORLD
HOLIDAY CERTAINTY IN
‘We’ve visited many of the HPB sites and they are all exceptional, just as promised’

teve Alexander and Sheila King became Bondholders in 2013. ‘Steve hates the long grey winters,’ says
Sheila, ‘but we didn’t want to buy a second home like some of our friends; the onerous liabilities of upkeep, the limitations of returning to the same place year after year and leaving it empty for long periods.’ ‘Then an advertisement caught our eye,’ adds Steve. ‘It said “Holidays for life” and I thought, “this sounds interesting”.

I mentioned it to some friends and discovered that they were already very happy Bondholders!’
NO PUSHY SALES PITCH
Feeling reassured that HPB was a reliable and genuine proposition the couple decided to find out more. ‘The representative who came to see us was helpful, informative and more importantly she wasn’t pushy,’ continues Sheila. ‘She said that if, after our first holiday, we felt HPB wasn’t for us we could get
back the full amount we invested. Our first HPB holiday at Santa Rosa on Lanzarote, followed by a week at Biniorella on Majorca, confirmed that HPB was definitely right for us. It ticked all the boxes.’
NO BROKEN PROMISES
‘Since becoming Bondholders we’ve visited many of the HPB sites and they are all exceptional, just as promised,’ says Sheila. ‘The locations, accommodation and facilities are always top-class and the staff are so friendly and helpful – nothing is ever too much trouble. ‘Because we have a boat and sail
through the summer months we like to make use of the autumn to spring weeks. We love the sites on La Gomera and Madeira and in Brittany, but our favourite autumn destination is Alfaix in southern Spain. It’s a really attractive development with outstanding sporting facilities.’ Closer to home Steve and Sheila
have stayed at Sibton Park in Kent, Henllys on Anglesey, Tigh Mor Trossachs in Perthshire, Ivy House Hotel in the Lake District and Barnham Broom in Norfolk.
