This package contains 1) Showbill, 2) Entry Form, 3) Liability
form, 4) Checklist ln order to save on paper and ink, the entry form is now one page. The following checklist outlines the required documents. 1. __ Entry form- filled out in full (except fee section) Please enter all classes and scratch at the show if needed. You will not be charged for scratches and money paid will be refunded. 2. __ AQHA membership cards or proof of membership for all Exhibitors listed on the entry form. 3. __ Horse’s AQHA registration papers for new horses showing in 2022. 4. __ Signed liability form Payment to be made by cash, cheque, etransfer or credit card. Guidelines Competitors in Walk Jog Classes cannot enter the corresponding Levell class. Every person competing in Levell Amateur or Lev- ell Youth classes must possess an amateur or youth membership card. Levell eligibility point ranges will be established every year for each class. Level 1 eligibility point ranges per class can be found -at
aqha.com/levelling. L1 Walk Trot Classes (Youth &Amateur) - If a
horse/rider combination is entered into a Level 1 walk/trot class that horse/rider combination cannot show in the corresponding loping/cantering class at that show. However, that combination can switch back and forth between the different shows. Exhibitors must present the horse’s AQHA papers
showing ownership when submitting entries. A suitable copy may be accepted. Exhibitors must present their current AQHA / Amateur / Youth card when submitting entries. AQHA mem- berships may be purchased at the show through the Show Sec- retary.
