KARNDEAN DESIGNFLOORING LAUNCHES FIRST KARNDEAN INSPIRE STUDIO
Luxury vinyl flooring specialist Karndean Designflooring has officially launched Karndean Inspire Studios, a new concept in retail showrooms that will provide a unique and fulfilling customer experience.
The first Karndean Inspire Studio has opened at home furnishings store Arighi Bianchi, Macclesfield, and offers a ground-breaking retail experience to expertly support customers as they choose the right floor for their home.
Selected Karndean retailers will offer the new style studios, which have been designed to offer a home-from-home feel, with inspirational mood boards and source materials to help customers imagine how their favourite flooring might look in their home.
Home designers can be confident that, when they visit a Karndean Inspire Studio, trained and knowledgeable staff will be on hand to support them along their journey, from selecting their perfect floor design to expert installation in their home.
Paul Barratt, Managing Director at Karndean Designflooring, said: “We are delighted to unveil our first Karndean Inspire Studio. The new style showrooms have been designed to offer the very best customer experience, using a combination of cutting-edge technology and expert sales advice.
“Customers will be able to explore flooring designs with an interactive play table, discover the inspirational story behind each design and view example room photography. Then, using our trademark design table, they can test out different layout options, design strips and complementary borders to create a personalised floor design.”

Inspired by human nature and informed by research into how customers make purchasing decisions and how retailers can meet customer needs, Karndean Inspire Studios have been developed by Karndean Designflooring, in association with The Shopper Agency, to offer the ultimate customer experience.

Karndean Inspire Studios will be opening at a number of selected Karndean retailers across the country over the coming months, including Flooring Studio, Evesham, and Simply Beautiful Floors, Oldham.
