“By combining different yarn counts of cotton chenille with wool, we have been able to change the definition of yarns throughout each rug. With the technique we’ve used, each Uyuni rug is somewhat unique, bringing something a little extra to this brand-new collection for 2019.”


Woven on Jacquard looms in 15% wool and 85% cotton chenille, both Uyuni designs are available direct from Louis de Poortere in a range of standard sizes with anti-slip backing, ranging from 140 x 200cm to 290 x 390cm.
