TO VISIT ADVANCED Advanced is set to showcase its latest products at Firex International 2019 as it forms part of the annual event’s largest ever exhibition zone.


Specialists in the design, manufacture and supply of intelligent fire systems, Advanced, alongside fire brands Apollo, Argus, FFE and Klaxon have joined together to form the Firex Solutions Sector at this year’s Firex International, 18-20th June.

FSI RELEASES CONCEPT EVOLUTION CAFM/IWMS


VERSION 5 FSI, the specialist facilities management software provider, has released version 5 of their Concept Evolution CAFM / IWMS solution. FSI has designed its latest release from the ground up, primarily with the user in mind.


For example, features and page designs make it easier for users to work with their data. Collapsible panels are available to maximise the screen real-estate, and the left-hand navigation can also be collapsed to an icon-only view.


Buttons have been grouped in the toolbar for a simplified page layout and users can even set up a

‘Favourites menu group’ to find the data they need quickly and easily. The resulting efficiencies gained provide significant business benefit.


But the end-user experience doesn’t stop at the platform features; V5 has had a visual makeover too. There is a choice of light or dark colour


schemes and the system can easily be branded to match corporate colours. Background images can be added and the icons now have a simple single-colour.

at the Firex Solutions Sector can expect to learn more about the industry’s multiprotocol MxPro 5 fire alarm panel for the UK and its Axis EN intelligent fire system for export markets, both of which recently received FM Approval to the EN54 standard. Axis AX, the manufacturer’s UL 864 system will also be on display which includes synchronised fire audio and smoke control solution, DynamixSmoke.


As a new attraction integrated into its stand, Advanced will offer delegates to the exhibition a ‘sneak-peak’
