As such, you should be doing all you can to make their evacuation as simple, effective and well-rehearsed as possible.
Adding extra stresses like ineffective or irregular training, difficult to operate or broken equipment, or manual handling will reduce the efficiency and the safety of their evacuation.
The evacuation equipment that involves transfer may require your assistants to be part of this transfer.
