DISPLAYNOTE LAUNCHER REDEFINES MEETINGS

FOR WEBER German manufacturing firm Weber, a specialist provider for sliced products in the food processing industry, is now incorporating DisplayNote’s Launcher technology in its headquarters to improve meeting collaboration for its employees.

By using DisplayNote software in 10 separate meeting spaces, Weber now benefits from a technology that simplifies how they share, connect and collaborate with others.

As a worldwide organisation, Weber operates across 24 locations and 20 nations. With such a large international footprint, staying connected across their business is a crucial part to Weber’s success. Weber needed an innovative solution to help enhance and simplify the meeting experience across their business headquarters, to improve team collaboration and help increase productivity within their meeting spaces. After exploring various options, the Weber team chose DisplayNote to deliver a new meeting room solution.

“It was an easy decision for us,” explained Alexandra Kugler, IT Manager at Weber. “DisplayNote’s Launcher supports our existing video conferencing solution enriching it with whiteboard applications, a range of annotations and wireless presentation within one combined package.

“Launcher provides the same operating concept no matter what size of meeting room is being used or the hardware installed. With an easy to operate user-interface and multiple additional features like the digital whiteboard, users at all levels of our business are collaborating better, than ever before.”

Formerly, Weber only used a few large video-conferencing rooms with very expensive equipment, all requiring challenging and costly upkeep. With DisplayNote offering a much more cost-effective video-conferencing solution, their meeting rooms are now less loaded and much less costly to run.
