A credible supplier should advise on menu range looking at coffee, tea, infusions, Fairtrade, decaf and syrups and provide their customers with the information they need on the coffee and tea products they serve – including origin and taste – to help the business promote the coffee and tea to its own customers. The level of information each client will need on the products will of course differ, but fundamentally a supplier should be explaining the difference to FMs to showcase their expertise and offer reassurance.
