As a service supplier there is always a risk of settling into a pattern of work and sticking to it. Your approach won you the work, so why wouldn’t that method retain it when it’s renewal time? This can especially appear the case in a sector like cleaning. If the premises are cleaned to the required standard and the customer was happy with the cost, what’s the point in looking to change?
