About this Product/Service
The Maximum Eco Biotech Range by Greyland represents a bold leap forward in professional cleaning – using cutting- edge biotechnology with genuine environmental responsibility. Cultivated in the UK, this range employs eco-friendly bacteria which colonise surfaces and generate enzymes that actively break down organic matter such as carbohydrates, fats, and proteins, delivering a long-term cleaning effect far beyond conventional chemical action.
Key to its innovation is the residual bio‐film layer left behind after use: once applied, the probiotic action continues working in hard-to-reach areas such as grouting, floor imperfections, grease traps and pipe systems – providing durable odour control and reduced labour intervention.
The range spans core operational environments – from all- purpose and floor cleaning through to kitchen degreasing, washrooms, urinal blocks, odour and stain, digestion and drain maintenance. Each product is concentrated (for example, BT1 dilutes to up to 1,250 units) thereby cutting transport, packaging, and cost-in-use.
Sustainability underpins every aspect: the range is part of Greyland’s Maximum Eco brand and sits alongside accredited environmental credentials. Global GreenTag certification for BT1, BT2 and BT4 have recently been awarded. ISO 14001 and Planet Mark Certifications for the 4th year running. Packaging uses post-consumer recycled polymer (UK sourced), helping reduce the range’s overall carbon footprint.
For facilities management and FM-focussed operations, the Biotech Range offers a clean that is not only effective and versatile but aligned with the growing demand for sustainable, long-lasting solutions. Its cost-efficiency, performance and eco-credentials make it a strong contender for the Tomorrow’s FM 2026 Awards.
