AssistCallPro allows the monitoring and control of multiple building safety systems from one or more interfaces. Controls can be set to manage specific alarm types or areas, or to cover the whole system, with audible and graphical controls and notification via a highly attractive touchscreen controller. This improves decision-making, reduces workload, and enables responsibility and response to be appropriately managed.
Interoperability
Single systems often don’t ‘talk’ to each other and retrofitting old buildings or upgrading legacy systems can be particularly challenging. FMs must often rely on middleware, APIs, or specialised integration platforms to bridge the gaps. None of this is necessary with AssistCallPro and its relay outputs make for fully programmable (from anywhere on the network) interfaces with third party systems. The high level of control that AssistCallPro delivers maximises convenience, safety and performance.
Installation and maintenance costs
One major advantage of an integrated multi-alarm system is significantly lower capital and service costs. Where AssistCallPro delivers a wide range of alarm types in one system, with one installation cost; other systems will each require separate wiring, separate engineers, and then of course won’t talk to each other easily or at all. Maintenance, usually the higher long-term cost will also be lower as one trained provider can manage the whole system and all the alarm device inputs and outputs.

The AssistCallPro system allows a simple network of low-profile devices to manage a wide range of alarms from accessible toilets and panic alarms to emergency exit door alarms to water leak detection. It integrates into third party systems and BMS, and will take any switch input as a source in addition to its standard alarms.
AssistCallPro does all this in attractive single and double gang, flush-fit units, driven by one or more touchscreen controllers and networked modules that solve a number of challenges.
AssistCallPro’s simple Cat5 networking means the system can deliver alarms and control exactly where needed throughout the building and is easily modified or expanded throughout the lifetime of the site. Control can be added anywhere on the network and the system is so simple to install and programme no software is required. Perhaps most importantly, the system is fully monitored, so FMs can be confident it will function when it needs to.
