171 Company Profile

Stadium Support Services is a family- owned and operated facilities management company delivering projects, reactive maintenance and compliance across sport and leisure venues. We mobilise fast, plan around fixtures and keep venues operational and matchday ready. Sustainability and community commitment sit at the core of everything we do.

About this Product/Service

Stadium Support Services delivers facilities management in live sporting venues with programmes built around ever- changing calendars. Being flexible is at the heart of what we do—we work to venue timings, not ours.

We mobilise quickly and schedule work around fixtures, training schedules, and events so that the show always goes on. With offices in London, Bristol, Birmingham and Leeds, we provide nationwide coverage. As a family-owned and operated business, we care about our clients and our team and are committed to sustainability and giving back to local communities.

Our approach includes fixture-led planning with built-in contingencies, split shifts to guarantee deadlines, and the use of rope access over heavy plant to protect pitches and minimise disruption. We deliver clear, auditable compliance reporting, sustainable delivery methods and repurpose redundant items for grassroots clubs. Our in-house projects and rope access teams ensure speed, flexibility and accountability.

Recent results include:

• Tottenham Hotspur – Refurbishment of two unisex toilet blocks on a reduced timeline during a successful cup run.

• Bradford City (Official Projects Partner) – 7,400 seats replaced in just 3.5 weeks before the first home game with all plastics recycled.

• QPR (Official FM Partner) – season-long compliance and maintenance to keep the venue safe and operational.

• Ascot Racecourse – disconnection, craning and reinstatement of major M&E plant on pavillion roof.

• Coventry Building Society Arena – superstructure steelwork recoating using mixed access methods while fixtures continued.

Our impact extends beyond operations. Sustainability is embedded in everything we do through initiatives like VertiCulture — our rope-access living wall solution that reduces emissions - and seat restoration programmes that extend product life. We support communities through grassroots sponsorships, partnerships with Sport in Mind and offset our carbon footprint through Ripple Africa.
