Paragon Skills is an Ofsted rated ‘Good’, national apprenticeship provider inspiring more than 7,000 learners annually and working with over 2,000 businesses to deliver apprenticeships in a high-quality, consistent way. Our dedicated focus on the care sector means we are deeply rooted within the sector and have in-depth knowledge and understanding of what is required from a training perspective.
Paragon Skills offers specialist apprenticeship training in care from Level 2 to Level 5 – offering a clear progression path for the sector. We also offer a range of support apprenticeships including accountancy, business administration, customer service, leadership and management, sales and talent management. We bring maximum impact training to ensure the development of teams within the care sector.

Our Personal Tutors build impactful and continuous relationships with learners providing effective pastoral support enabling them to flourish. Our learners rate our teaching and learning support ‘Excellent’ in over 84% of sessions and learners make strong links between ‘classroom’ learning and their job role. We have an EPA pass rate of 99% with 65% of those achieving a strong pass – a merit or distinction.
