Brightwell Dispensers, global designer and manufacturer of innovative dispensers for soap, paper, and chemicals is celebrating its 70th anniversary this year. From humble beginnings as a small family
business, the company has established itself as a manufacturer of high-quality products and a reliable partner for companies in the cleaning and hygiene industry.
70 YEARS OF QUALITY
AND INNOVATION Brightwell Dispensers created their first dispenser in the UK in 1947. Following positive customer feedback, the product grew in popularity and their product offering has continuously expanded.
Over the last 70 years, Brightwell Dispensers has evolved into an internationally successful company, exporting their products to over 85 countries. The company’s headquarters are still based in the UK, supported by their network of global distributors.
Following increased growth, Brightwell Dispensers opened a branch in the US in 2011. Brightwell Inc, based in Kansas, looks after customers in North America. In 2016, a new branch also opened in Heppenheim, Germany.

The company regularly brings innovations to the market and their investment in manufacturing ensures that their customers get the best quality and service. Brightwell operates over 60 injection mould machines and a full PCB manufacturing facility, allowing them to own 80% of their production of components and finished goods in-house.
Part of industry 4.0, Brightwell Dispensers invested in SMART automated manufacturing and has a dedicated facility for automated production. All the equipment connects to their IT network allowing constant measurement of quality and Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE).
These investments allow a much greater capacity and a cost base that allows Brightwell Dispensers to continue to grow in markets around the world.
Their strong manufacturing processes have resulted in:

• Producing 1.2 million soap dispensers per year
