NEED We continuously look at our product range, and the benefits and opportunities that they offer our customers, in order to be able to fulfil a complete solution. We have three equipment ranges offering different features depending on the individual customer requirements, meaning we have all bases covered.
V-LINE – Value Range The V-Line range is our low-cost equipment offering that allows customers to install and manage their own cleaning equipment. All machine operating instructions and training videos can be accessed through the ICE App, meaning that there is no need for customers to book time for ICE to train their staff. Plus, for machine diagnostics, customers can simply call us through the ICE App, and they’ll be connected directly to a member of our Helpdesk team, who will help fix simple machine issues.
COMMERCIAL – Core Range Our core equipment line offers a fully comprehensive range of machines for all environments. From tub vacuums to pedestrian scrubber dryers and rotaries to road sweepers, our core range has it covered. All equipment in this range can be purchased outright or on a rental option – either short-term or long-term hire.
MTECH – Premium Range Our MTech range combines the latest in cleaning technology with superior quality equipment. The equipment introduces technology into everyday cleaning, with an integrated telemetry system and on-board training and troubleshooting videos. These advanced technological machines make cleaning intelligent, interactive and easy.
UNRIVALLED SERVICE AND SUPPORT We have pioneered national equipment servicing for over 20 years and have a range of tailormade packages offering everything from ‘light touch’ to fully inclusive fixed cost solutions.
In addition to our national network of skilled engineers, we also offer a video calling service – Smartcall – which is designed to diagnose and fix simple equipment issues, such as blockages, via video call. Not only does this minimise equipment downtime, it also means we are focusing on sending our engineers to fix real equipment issues.
SUSTAINABILITY THROUGH
INNOVATION Finding ways in which we can reduce water consumption is of huge importance, especially given the vast amount of water used during even simple cleaning operations. Thanks to the introduction of more and more innovative technologies, we are able to look at new ways of re-using water within the floor cleaning process, whilst ensuring that the quality of cleanliness is not impacted.
Water recycling capabilities within floor cleaning machines is one such example – the water used within scrubber dryers can be filtered and recycled whilst the machine is in use, dramatically reducing the amount of water needed, and resulting in savings of up to 1000 litres per day.
This in-shift water-saving technology, which is contained in a number of ICE machines, optimises operator time, cleaning time and machine utilisation along with delivering productivity benefits of up to 70%. The sustainable solution recycles the water whilst the machine is in operation, giving freedom to clean with unparalleled output and efficiency. Plus, this self-cleaning filtering system can result in savings of up to 90% on water costs associated with cleaning.
INNOVATIVE AUTONOMOUS
CLEANING Robotics continue to play an integral part in our strategy, and we have extensive experience in this area. The ICE Robo 3 is the most advanced fully autonomous cleaning machine on the market. Thanks to its unique laser and sensor technology, it can clean complex areas in a thorough and uniform manner for up to six hours.
This year sees the launch of our new ICE Co-Botics equipment – a range of robotic scrubber dryers and vacuums to suit every environment, and includes water recycling capabilities, integrated telemetry, long run-times and self-docking options.
