One of only a small handful of companies in the UK market that is fully vertically integrated; Northwood is involved at each point in the supply chain, from raw material supply, tissue and towel manufacturing, end user product converting, storage and transportation. Our remit is huge, with a portfolio of market-leading AfH brands including: North Shore and Leonardo washroom systems; Whisper luxury tissue; Essentials and Optimum commodity washroom and wiping tissue; ProWipers and Perform wiping products.


Poppies Europe ltd are an independent UK based convertor. We offer the widest range of catering and hygiene tissue in the UK manufactured at our plant in the North West. We give great flexibility by offering mixed pallet deliveries coupled with a fast turnaround. Our core range includes napkins which we produce under the Poppies brand name available in all sizes and a wide range of colours and ply’s. Hygiene tissue such as centrefeed, mini jumbos, hand towels & toilet tissue are produced under the ‘Staples Away From Home’ brand with the Staples name a long established and recognised name. We are part of the CHSA and all hygiene products carry the soft tissue logo for certified length and quality.
