CHAMPION AWARD Enhance Office Cleaning Ltd has been announced as a winner of the Living Wage Champion Awards 2018 for Recognised Service Providers.


The 2018 Living Wage Champion Awards celebrate individuals and organisations that have made an outstanding contribution to the Living Wage movement, and are sponsored by Aviva, KPMG and the City of London Corporation.


The service provider sector is a traditionally low pay industry. However, Living Wage Recognised Service Providers aim to buck this trend by spreading the benefits of the real Living Wage throughout their contracts. They commit to always supply a Living Wage bid alongside


LCS GETS NEW OPERATIONS DIRECTOR


FOR CALIFORNIA LCS Facility Group has named Efrain Herrera as Director of Operations – California.


In this capacity, Herrera will provide operational leadership, working collaboratively with team members to design and execute key strategies to support, enhance and grow LCS’ operations in the state of California, where the company has more than 60 employees.


Herrera previously served as operations manager for Sodexo- Chevron Global Headquarters. In his

former role, Herrera was responsible for developing and managing all facilities employees, including hiring, retention, performance management, safety audits and daily supervision. He also holds a bachelor’s degree in international business from San Jose State University.


Speaking of his appointment, Herrera said: “I am excited to begin my new role as Regional Director of Operations for LCS Facility Group. This new endeavor is a tremendous opportunity for myself and the company, and I look forward to working in tandem with the executive team to help grow business in California.”
