TOOLSTATION SHORTLISTED FOR WHICH? RETAILER OF

THE YEAR 2016 AWARD Toolstation, supplier of trade and home improvement products, has been shortlisted for the Which? Retailer of the Year category in the 2016 Which? Awards, after receiving top customer satisfaction scores in their surveys throughout the year.

Like previous years, the 10th annual Which? Awards recognise the very best businesses in the UK, rewarding those that drive positive change for their customers.

Toolstation was shortlisted after consistently achieving high scores in the consumer champion’s vigorous consumer surveys and tests, which asks for consumers’ feedback on several elements of the company’s customer service, including delivery times and affordability, on a range of products and services.

This follows Toolstation achieving the highly regarded Which? Recommended Provider status in the 2015 online retailers survey for the DIY and Decorating product category and coming third overall in the consumer champions survey of best online shops. Toolstation was the only retailer in the DIY and Decorating category to achieve five star ratings for delivery and price, with customers praising the fast and free delivery service on orders over £10. Online visitors were also impressed with stock levels and the easy-to-use website.

John Meaden, Director of Marketing at Toolstation, said: “We are extremely pleased to be shortlisted in the Which? Retailer of the Year category at this year’s Which? Awards.

“After recently becoming a Which? Recommended Provider for the second year and topping the DIY and Decorating category in the online shop survey for the third year running, it’s another great endorsement for our low prices and services, which are important to our customers. We’ve made a number of improvements to our website so it’s great to hear that these have been well received.”
