TEAM STRUCTURE Solus Ceramics, a leading supplier of architectural wall and floor tiles, has restructured its sales team to ensure it meets and exceeds the expectations of its customers, following a significant period of growth.

NEW CEO Parterre Flooring Systems a privately- held leader in the luxury vinyl tile segment of the flooring industry, has announced that Ralph Grogan has been named Chief Executive Officer. T. Fred Roche will remain with the Company as a member of the Board of Directors and will maintain an equity interest in the Company.
Ralph Grogan brings more than 30 years of experience in the flooring industry. He most recently served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Bentley Mills, a premier modular carpet tile, broadloom and area rug manufacturer. At Bentley, Ralph oversaw all aspects of the company’s sales and marketing efforts and led momentous revenue expansion. Previously, he served as Vice

Overseeing the new venture and a team of 16 is David Overton, recently appointed Sales Director at Solus Ceramics, who has more than 28 years’ industry experience and has managed many prestigious projects, including Novotel Canary Wharf and MBS Crown Plaza Manchester, as well as providing specification advice to Citroën and Peugeot.
