Amtico Spacia LVT flooring is reliably beautiful, comprising 94 Wood and Stone designs that feel both contemporary and timeless. Designed and manufactured in the UK, Amtico Spacia has been created to add the sense of calm and biophilia-inspired wellbeing that commercial spaces demand.
Following the trend for warmer, natural finishes in commercial interiors, Woods have been arranged into six versatile and usable palettes – including Cool, Warm and the new Golden tones – to provide a variety of texture and colour. While Spacia’s Stones are available across seven palettes, including new trend-driven designs – Marble, Terrazzo and Tones.
Marble is a new and modern take on the traditionally bold material, offering organic shades with delicate detailing in four colours, including the sumptuous blush hues of Rose Marble. Terrazzo and Elemental Terrazzo are two bold introductions for Amtico featuring colourful marble chips, they provide specifiers with a lightweight and easy-to-install LVT alternative to concrete or resin-based tiles. Finally, Tones offers a subtle introduction of colour in a contemporary ceramic style.
The LVT planks and tiles come in a variety of sizes including a new 36 x 36” Stone format. As the trend for large-scale floor designs increases, specifiers can choose the new tile size to easily transform larger spaces, such as retail and hospitality environments. The tile format is also perfect for new Spacia Stones, including Terrazzo and Tones.
Amtico Spacia’s surface coating boasts high-performance antimicrobial technology that reduces the presence of bacteria, including MRSA and E. coli, by 99.99% when compared with standard products of similar construction and type. In addition, the products have now been tested against SARS-CoV-2, the virus that causes Covid-19. They have been shown to reduce the presence of the virus on a surface by 85.5% in 24 hours (compared to a control without the additive) and by more than 99.9% against the initial inoculation.
