Impervia Flooring is the green safe option for flooring. All our flooring has a FloorScore rating which has been tested by SGS. FloorScore is the most recognised indoor air quality (IAQ) certification standard for hard surface flooring materials, adhesives, and underlayments. Developed by SCS with the Resilient Floor Covering Institute (RFCI), a leading industry trade association of flooring manufacturers and suppliers, it qualifies for many green building schemes including LEED v4, WELL, BREEAM, CHPS, and Green Globes.
Impervia Flooring is 100% waterproof which makes it perfect for commercial and residential projects. Built onto every plank and tile of impervia flooring is an IXPE underlayer meaning there is no need to lay any additional underlay. Impervia Flooring demonstrates a low slip potential under wet test conditions. Better yet, by using the latest 5Gi push-fit system, our flooring is ridiculously simple to fit – the plank just clicks together with no adhesive.
Made of five layers – UV coating, wear layer, décor film, core board, and IXPE underlayer – our flooring looks amazing all year round in any environment, with a natural texture that offers the perfect wood effect without the worry of humidity or water damage. Its mineral-based core made up of magnesium oxide is reinforced with tough fibreglass, making it fireproof, very durable, maintenance free and ideal for residential, commercial, and retail projects.
