With the UZIN L3 Gold Moisture Control System, most floorcoverings including luxury vinyl tiles can be installed in just one day when there is residual moisture within cement screeds up to 95% RH.*

When installing flooring in areas with high residual moisture, flooring contractors no longer have to apply a damp proof membrane to the floor, then prime and then install the smoothing compound. With the exceptionally simple UZIN L3 Gold Moisture Control System, fitters just have to follow four uncomplicated steps. Prime the floor, mix and apply the two-part smoothing compound and finally apply the adhesive. The job is done in only four to five hours, helping flooring contractors save time and labour.
UZIN L3 Gold Moisture Control is ideal for flooring contractors conserved about the environment and plastic waste. The packaging of UZIN L3 Gold primer and liquid canisters are sustainable as they are made from recycled cardboard rather than plastic. As the cardboard can be flattened it is much easier to recycle and saves floor contractors the expense and hassle of disposing large amounts of plastic bottles. Due to regulations regarding duty of care and allergies to latex, the system is also ideal for use in sensitive environments such as hospitals because the UZIN L3 Gold products are ammonia and latex free.
